Repeat Infringer Policy

Effective Date: February 15, 2026

WHEREDITGO respects intellectual property rights and complies with 17 U.S.C. §512.

We maintain the following policy:

  1. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the material.
  2. We will notify the user.
  3. We will accept legally valid counter-notices.
  4. Users who are subject to multiple infringement notices may have their accounts permanently terminated.
  5. WHEREDITGO reserves sole discretion in determining what constitutes a repeat infringer.

We may retain records of infringement notices for compliance purposes.

Your notice must include:

  1. Your contact information.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work.
  3. The exact URL where the infringing content appears.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith the content is not authorized by the copyright owner.
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.
  6. Your electronic or physical signature.

If you are a user who believes your content was wrongfully removed, you may submit a counter-notice with the same contact information and a statement explaining your legal right to use the material.
